So, what is the Smart and Soulful Blog all about? I’m glad you asked 🙂
It’s a way for me to share my passion for great music and music history with you, a music-loving audience. For as long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed writing about music. And for as long as I’ve been doing that, readers tell me that they love it and it helps them appreciate and feel the music more deeply. So, I decided to make a promise to you. Well, actually a few promises. And here they are.
Starting November 2nd, 2015:
One theme for each week
Five pieces for each theme
One thousand words for each piece (no less)
And of course, oodles of great music to discover and explore with me as your guide. If you’ve ever wanted a way to learn about lots of great music that you probably wouldn’t otherwise, well, this is the blog for you. I can’t wait to be your companion as we listen to and learn about a new piece each day, some well-known, some slightly off the beaten path, and some from remarkable and unexpected corners of music history. Through all of it, you know I’ll be there for you, sharing what I know, and eager to teach and share something new with you each weekday.
